v0.1.3 and trailer making day.

Hello.
Today I spent all day making a trailer for the steam page. It is required to participate in the Next Fest so since the last day to sign up is today I was really short on time. I also realized that recording the gameplay in the standard window resolution was not a great idea since most people will expect to see a full HD trailer. But I can just re-record the trailer at another time. It was a bit stressful since I am really bad at this stuff, but I think it turned out alright. At the end of the trailer, it says "Wishlist now!", but the steam store page is still under review so...
I also did some minor adjustments to the game.
- Hurt timer has been halved 2sec >> 1sec (damage boosting is now a less viable option)
- Hurt animation is faster (makes it easier to see where you are going)
- Adjusted hazard box on spikes in Forest
